Interviewing Ahmed Abid is a media professional and activist of Bangladesh. The topic is, “Gender, Theatre and Development”. Ahmed Abid has been applying different media like theatre, Film, IT for human rights aid, awareness and education around South Asia and South East Asia for more than last 6 years. At present he is based in Bangkok and doing his PhD in Human Rights & Peace Studies and working as a consultant of Canadian CIDA funded SEARCH project in Bangkok, Thailand. He completed a diploma on Cinema and Human Rights from EIUC, Italy in September 2007.
